Well, getting paid to drive is not exactly an online job, however, the way to get these opportunities is via the internet.

There are two ways to get paid while you drive. One of them is if you register with an advertising company that pays per month for putting ads on your car. The bigger the car, the newer the car and the more miles you do on your car, the more they are going to pay you. And the second is if you advertise your own blog or website on your car.

Getting paid to drive

This only works if:

a) you already do a lot of daily driving.

The reason that you must already do a lot of driving is because these people will at most pay you around $50 per month. And that is only if you drive a lot. They will check your mileage when you go for your monthly check.  So, if you want to advertise and you drive more miles to get the payment, you are likely to spend more on petrol than you will get paid by these companies.  That's why this is an ideal income for someone who already commutes or does a few hours driving people to school, soccer, clubs and meetings a day.

 b) you don't mind your car being covered in advertising.

They will wrap advertising onto your car. Now this stuff they put on can be peeled off once the moth is up.

You will make a better "savings" if you sign up with the companies that give you a free car to driver around in. Yes they exist!

If you are interested in doing this, google companies that will pay you to do this and then CHECK THEM WITH YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OR BUSINESS ORGANIZATION before you sign up! The reason is PROTECTION FROM IDENTITY THEFT. When you sign up for companies that pay you to drive, you have to give them your full name, address, drivers license number, SSN, your car registration number and more.  There are sites on the web that are there simply to harvest identities and rob you blind. By using established, and legal, companies, you get the protection that the companies you are signing up for have been checked and are legitimate. 

If you do want to get paid to have ads on your car, or want to get a new car from them for free, make sure you sign up to the companies that are geographically closest to you first.  These are more likely to contact you.

Placing your own ads in your car.

This is what I do. The reason is that I don't drive enough to get the big bucks or free cars from the companies who pay to put their ads on my car.  However, I do drive quite a bit in my neighborhood where other mothers are busy driving their kids too. I don't want my car having permanent stickers on them and so I chose to go with a form of advertising which is perfect for me. They are magnetic ads for cars. You can either leave them on your car permanently (hoping no one will steal them), or put them on when you set off and take them off when you park somewhere.  I leave them on because they are so cheap I can't be bothered to take them off all the time. Plus they have never been stolen.

Research on this type of magnetic ads and shop around, it's worth it.

Most companies give you a choice of uploading your own images or using one of their own.

For me, the magnetic ads pay better than putting other people's ads because I have my own webiste, my own business and don't drive much.
